<br />Beth Shol~a was granted for an extension of time to include the month of N~vember
<br />on permit previously granted to solicit funds.

<br />On motion of Counc~-~- Hubbard, seconded by Markel and ca~=~ied, the request of the
<br />C~wber of C~-=~-rce for encroachment permits for Christmas Street Lights was granted
<br />on Broa~ fr~n First Street to sixth Street north and on Fourth Stx~et frc~ Ross
<br />Street on the west to the point at which Mortimer Street would intersect East Fourth
<br />Street.
