Senor Don Roberto Lopez y Lopez presented several books to Mayor Heinly which were <br />accepted with thanks. <br /> <br />Mayor Heinly stated that the City of Santa Aha, California, has had the pleasure of <br /> <br />hosting Senor Don Roberto Lopez y Lopez, with relation to the People to People <br /> <br />Program from the City of Santa Aha, E1 Salvador, Central ~merica, and it will be in <br /> <br />furtherance of our People to People Program and the solidity of the friendliness and <br /> <br />friendship between the two cities~ and this ~essage to be spread upon the Minutes. <br /> <br />Senor DOn Roberto Lopez y Lopez presented an emblem of his country to Edward J. Allen, <br /> <br />Chief of Police ~ and it was accepted with th~nks. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Hall, seconded by Gould and carried, that a copy of the <br /> <br />proceedings of this particular meeting be sent to the Mayor of Santa Aha, E1 Salvador, <br /> <br />Central America. <br /> <br />On motion of Counc~lm~ Gould, seconded by Markel and carried, the City Council <br /> <br />adjourned. <br /> <br />Mayor of the CitY of Santa~ <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council <br /> <br /> <br />
