REL:ms <br />2/15/79 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-40 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIrmING THE DECISION <br />OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR APPROVING <br />MINOR EXCEPTION 78-41. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 5, 1979, a public hearing was <br />duly held before the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />on Minor Exception 78-41, to allow on-sale beer and wine in <br />an existing restaurant at 930 South Main Street in the C1 <br />District; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That based on such public hearing and on the <br />oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City <br />Council does hereby affirm the action of the Zoning Administrator <br />in approving Minor Exception 78-41. <br /> <br /> 2. That the City Council hereby adopts as its <br />finding of fact for approval of Minor Exception 78-41 that <br />certain "Finding of Fact, Minor Exception 78-41," prepared <br />and submitted by the Zoning Administrator, on file in the <br />Office of the Clerk of the Council, and incorporated by <br />reference as though fully set forth. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 12th day of <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />March , 1979, by <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: BRANDT, BRICKEN, <br /> ORTIZ, YAMAMOTO <br />COUNCILMEN: WARD <br /> <br />EVANS, GARTHE, <br /> <br /> ABSENT: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> OF COo m z; <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: NONE <br /> <br /> v MAYOR <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />KEITH L.
