<br />wide, end Pacific Avenue, 60 feet wide, in the City of Santa Aha, County of
<br />Orenge, Coltfornta, es shown on that certain map of Tract No. 758 recorded
<br />in Book 23, page 26 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
<br />of Orange County, Cmlifornia, together with the Southerly 6 feet of Lots 1
<br />through lg ~nclustve, of said Tract No. 758 as dedicated to the City of Santa
<br />/ma for street purposes by Deed recorded September lg, lg2g in Book 309, page 368,
<br />official records of said County together with a spandrel shaped parcel of land
<br />bounded on the South by the North line of the South 6.00 feet of said Lot l,
<br />bounded on the East by the West line of the East 20.00 feet of said Lot l,
<br />and bounded on the Northwest by the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly,
<br />having a radius of 25.00 feet end being tangent to said Southerly and Easterly
