CM/fm <br />5/18/79 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-79 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME AT WHICH <br />TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 10038 SHALL EXPIRE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 10038, was condi- <br />tionally approved by this Council on December 12, 1978, and <br />shall expire on June 12, 1979, unless extended by this <br />Council pursuant to Section 34-105 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an extension <br />of the expiration date of said tentative tract map; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of tentative <br />Tract Map No. 10038 shall be extended for a period of six <br />(6) months to December 12, 1979, subject to the same conditions <br />and requirements as previously imposed upon the approval of <br />said map by this Council and the following additional conditions: <br /> <br />1. The developer, upon request by a tenant not exercising the <br />right of purchase of a unit or exclusive occupancy, shall <br />reimburse said tenant for the cost of moving to another location <br />in the amount shown on an itemized receipt or $500, whichever <br />is less. <br /> <br />2. The developer shall submit to the City prior to recordation of <br />the Final Tract Map, a detailed plan for relocation of the <br />existing tenants. Said Plan shall include a referral service <br />for tenants to apartments of a like quality and price in the <br />genersl area; a method of providing for tenants classified as <br />"hardship tenants;" an explanation of the method of payment <br />for moving expenses and reimbursement of security deposits; and <br />verification of selling price and discount for tenants <br />electing to purchase a unit within the complex. <br /> <br />3. The developer shall provide the City, prior to recordation of <br />the Final Tract Map, a written description of the methodology <br />used in providing tenants with the 120 day notice of conversion <br />and the 60 day right of first refusal. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 215t day of <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />May , 1979, by <br /> <br />AYES: COUNCILMEN: Bricken, Griset, Luxembourger, <br /> Markel, Ward <br />NOES: COUNCILMEN: Serrato, Yamamoto <br /> <br />ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None <br /> <br />~~ATTEST <br /> <br />KEITH L.
