RESOLUTION NO. 79-145 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU~]CIL ORDERI~]G THE WORK AND IMPROVEMENTS, TOGETHER WITH APPURTENANCES, IN A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT~_(A.D. 243 - SANTA ANITA SOUTH) WHEREAS, this City Council has instituted proceedings and con- ducted a Public Hearing for the construction of certain public works of improvement, together with appurtenances and appurte- nant work in connection therewith, including acquisition where necessary, in a special assessment district pursuant to the terms and provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911", being Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California; said special assessment district known and desig- nated as ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 243 (hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"). NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COI~CIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CALIFO~]IA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the above recitals are all true and correct. WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT SECTION 2. That the public interest and convenience require the work and improvements hereinafter mentioned to be done, and therefore the said City Council hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to be made, to-wit: The construction of certain street improvements, including grading, paving, curbs and gutters, street trees, sidewalks, and drainage improvements in a special assessment district in the CITY OF SANTA ANA, said assessment district designated as ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 243. SECTION 3. PLANS ~ND SPECIFICATIONS For further particulars, reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention No. 79-109 and to the plans and drawings for said improvement on file in the Office o~ the City Engineer and the City Clerk of said City, and to the specifications
