Groups charging an <br />entry fee or donation will have an additional rental fee of 10% <br />of gross monies collected, unless as a non profit organization. <br />If the organization does not meet the definition of "charitable" <br />or "religious" as defined in Chapter 26 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code, and does not have a non profit I.R.S. number, it will be <br />classified as profit making and must pay the additional 10% fee. <br />There will be a $100.00 cleaning deposit charged per rental. <br /> <br />I.D. cards for youth who use Centers <br />for recreational purposes <br /> <br />Each 1.00 <br /> <br />FEE FOR USE OF SHOWMOBILE <br /> <br />Profit-Making Groups <br /> <br />Each Set-Up 125.00 <br />Plus Per Hour 12.50 <br /> <br />Schools, Charitable, Non Profit and <br />Civic Organizations <br /> <br />Each Set-Up 65.00 <br />Per Hour 12.50 <br /> <br />FEE FOR TREE PLANTING (Cost of Tree, <br />Planting, and Deep Root Planter) <br /> <br />Each 90.00 <br /> <br /> Copies of maps, diagrams, graphs or special work may be furnished <br />upon the payment of the cost of printing and preparation. For such items for <br />which a regular established price is unavailable, the Department Head, in <br />collaboration with the Director of Finance, may establish a price consistent <br />with the cost of printing and preparation thereof. The Director of Finance <br />shall report such exceptions to the City Manager. It shall be the responsi- <br />bility of the City Manager to review such costs annually and make such <br />recommendations to the City Council as required to keep the changes consistent <br />with the costs. All governmental agencies and their official representatives <br />shall be exempt from paying these charges for single copies for official use. <br /> <br /> <br />
