<br />and Bdb Brewer, duly elected as members of the City Council for the ensuing term of
<br />
<br />four years and residing in Ward 2 and Ward 4 r~spectively. Meeting called to order
<br />
<br />by the Clerk of the Council.

<br />Hall and seconded by Hubbard, that the nomination be closed.

<br />of the City of Santa Aha. A motion was made by Councilman Brewer and seconded by
<br />
<br />Hubbard, that the nomination be closed. On motion of Councilman Hubbard and
<br />
<br />seconded by Brewer, the Clerk was instructed to cast unanimous ballot for A. A. Hall
<br />
<br />as Vice-Mayor.

<br />Councilman GoUld, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Resolution entitled:

<br />"Resolution No. 59-82 accepting deed withomt cash consideration"
<br />
<br />from Mary Ann Gillespie, conveying property for the construction and maintenance of
<br />
<br />a public street, and also conveying vehicular access rights along the frontage of
<br />
<br />the same but reserving two 35-foot areas for driveways over property on the south
<br />
<br />side of Seventeenth Street, east of King Street, was considered and passed by the
<br />
<br />following vote:
