KLG:ar <br />8/31/79 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79- 160 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CERTAIN <br />UTILITIES AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, <br /> DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA: <br /> <br /> That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute, on behalf of the City of Santa Ana that certain <br />"Utilities Agreement No. 7Ut-5215," a copy of which is on <br />file in the Office of the Clerk of the Council, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for full particulars. Said <br />agreement provides generally for the relocation of a twelve <br />inch (12") water main and appurtenances in Bush Street at <br />and in the vicinity of the Main Street On-ramp to the Santa <br />Ana Freeway. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 17th day of September , 1979, <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Bricken, Griset, Luxembourger, Markel, Serrato, <br /> Ward, Yamam0 to <br />COUNCILMEN: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br /> <br />
