RESOLUTION NO. 79-197 <br /> <br /> Legal Description <br />Proposed Alley Abandonment <br />Portion of East-West Alley Between Cubbon <br /> and Brook Streets, East of Bristol <br /> <br />That portion of the public alley, 15.00 feet in width, in the City of <br />Santa Ana, as shown on that certain map of Tract No. 543, recorded in Book 18, <br />page 16 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, bounded <br />Westerly by the Southerly prolongation of the West line of Lot 26 of said <br />Tract No. 543, and bounded Easterly by the Southerly prolongation of the East <br />line of Lot 23 of said Tract No. 543. <br /> <br />Reserving and excepting therefrom the permanent easement and right at any <br />time, or from time to time, to construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove, <br />renew and enlarge lines of pipe, conduits, cables, wires, poles, and other <br />convenient structures, equipment and fixtures for the transportation or dis- <br />tribution of electrical energy and communication, including access and the <br />right to keep the property free from all inflammable materials and wood <br />growth, and otherwise protect the same from all hazards, in, upon, over, <br />across and under a strip of land 12.00 feet in width, the sidelines of which <br />lie 6.00 feet on either side of the centerline of the above described portion <br />of alley to be abandoned. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> <br />
