RESOLUTION NO. 80-21 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA DESIGNATING REPRESENTATIVES <br />TO ACQUIRE FEDERAL SURPLUS PROPERTY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />ana: <br /> <br /> That the following employees whose names, titles, and <br />signatures are listed below shall be and are hereby authorized <br />as representatives of the City of Santa Ana to acquire federal <br />surplus property from the California State Agency for Surplus <br />Property under the terms and conditions stated in Exhibit <br />"A", attached hereto and incorporated by reference: <br /> <br />William Reimer Fire Chief <br /> <br />Robert D.
