Neinly <br />None <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given. <br /> <br />Invocation was given by Reverend Robert Hildebrand of St. Peter <br />Evangelical Lutheran Church. <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes <br />of July 6, 1959, reading of the Minutes was dispensed with and approved <br />on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried. <br /> <br />Bid acceptance <br />Widen 17th Street <br />btn Santiago and <br />Grand Ave. <br /> <br />A tabulation of bids was presented for the widening of 17th Street between Santiago <br /> <br />and Grand Avenues, Project No. 108, as follows: <br /> Total <br />Griffith Company $ 32,027.00 <br />Cox Bros.
