Reso. No. 59-194 Establish "No Parking" south side 17th St. btn Grand Ave. and 700 feet east of Grand Ave. The Council having ,,~t.~usly waived the readtng of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman HubOard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution No. 59-194 concer~ng parktng ltmftations and curb mark4ngs in aCCOrdance therewith" establishing "No Parking" at any time on the south side of 17th Street ~e~w~en Reso. No. 59-Z95 Establish red zone and placing drive-in mail box 17th Street btn Lincoln and Fairmont Streets Grand Avenue and a point approximately 700 feet east of Grana Avenue, as rec.~naed by the Department of Public Works, was considered and passed by the following vote: Counct 1 Noes, Councilmen Absent, Councilmen Royal E.
