REL:ms <br />3/12/80 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-49 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE DECISION OF <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING VARIANCE <br />APPLICATION NO. 79-50 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the <br />City Council of the City of Santa Aha on March 3, 1980, on <br />the action taken by the Planning Commission in granting <br />Variance Application No. 79-50, which application seeks to <br />allow waiver of the requirements for a four-acre minimum <br />site area for an office complex and a portion of the required <br />parking, at 1202 -1216 Civic Center Drive West in the C4 <br />District; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, prior to taking action on said Variance <br />Application, this Council has reviewed and considered the <br />Negative Declaration for the project, including Initial <br />Study No. IS 79-202. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That based on such public hearing and on the <br />oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City <br />Council does hereby affirm the action of the Planning Commission <br />in granting Variance Application No. 79-50, subject to the <br />same requirements and limitations as imposed by the Planning <br />Commission, and provided also that there shall be no on- <br />street parking on Civic Center Drive West and Baker Street <br />adjacent to the subject site. <br /> <br /> 2. That the City Council hereby adopts as its <br />findings of fact for approval of Variance Application No. <br />79-50 that certain "Finding of Fact, Variance Application <br />No. 79-50," prepared and submitted by the Planning Commission, <br />on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Council, and <br />incorporated by reference herein as though fully set forth. <br /> <br /> 3.
