RESOLUTION NO. 80- 56 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br /> 4. The said Conditional Use Permit is approved <br />subject to the requirements and limitations set forth in the <br />report of the Planning Commission for the said Conditional <br />Use Permit, a copy of which is a file on the office of the <br />Clerk of the Council, except that requirement 7A(1) therein <br />is revised to read as follows: <br /> <br />That this conditional use permit shall terminate <br />at the end of a five-year period; provided, however <br />that at the applicant's request the Planning <br />Commission may grant an extension of this Conditional <br />Use Permit under the same conditions, or under <br />different conditions, without the necessity of <br />filing an additional application; and provided, <br />further, that the applicant shall remove the sign <br />without cost to the City of Santa Ana upon thirty <br />days written notice from the City Council, if, at <br />any time, the City Council determines that removal <br />of the sign is necessary or appropriate for purposes <br />of new development or redevelopment of the subject <br />site. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 7th day of <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />April , 1980, <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Bricken, Griset, Luxembourger, Markel, <br /> Serrato, Ward, Yamamoto <br />COUNCILMEN: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />KEITH L.
