<br />frcm the Doctor's Hospital, requesting an ordinance adequate to control the permit-
<br />
<br />ting or licensing, definition of permissible locations, definition of sanitary and
<br />
<br />safety codes, and adequate policing, health inspection and safety inspection of
<br />
<br />carnivals, circuses and promotional shows within the City Limits of Santa Ana;
<br />
<br />the cases in point are the promotional shows at Honer Plaza, was referred to the
<br />
<br />~anager and Attorney for consultation by them and recommendations to the City
<br />
<br />Council~ if any.

<br />On motion of Counci~mau Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following bonds
<br />
<br />were ordered released and ~mprovements accepted as completed on the following
<br />
<br />tracts: Bond in the sum of $84,000.00, filed by Do & L. Homes, Inc. for the
<br />
<br />improvements of Townley Street, Marty Lane, River Lane, Sharon Road, McEvoy Lane,
<br />
<br />park Lane, Mercella Lane, Lorella Lane, and a portion of Garden Grove Boulevard
<br />
<br />in Tract No. 27625 and bond in the sum of $88,000.00, filed by Sol Vista Homes, Inc.
<br />
