No. 59-248 <br /> of existing conmaercial structure, in accordance with plot plan, which will reduce <br /> <br /> the available off-street parking space below one-third of the total land area, <br /> <br /> on property situated at 12101 East Bolsa Avenue, in C-2 PK District. Councilman <br /> <br /> Heinly disqualified himself on this matter. The hearing was closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Hubbard and seconded by Gould that the rec,,m- <br /> mendation of the Planning Commission be approved and Variance Application No. <br /> <br /> 1157 be denied. Motion withdrawn. William Dial, 184~ Aster Street, Anaheim, <br /> stated he is the owner of two lots on the other side of Mr. Robert's property, <br /> and also owns a corner lot which has a building on it, and protested the grantin~ <br /> of this Variance as every building will be setting out at a different distance. <br /> Attorney Z. B. West, representing applicant, stated this is the third hearing on <br /> this matter and was onl~ asking for a waiver of the parking requirenents, as the <br /> building is in place.
