REL:ms <br />7/2/80 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-114 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S APPROVAL OF <br />MINOR EXCEPTION APPLICATION 80-6 <br />AND APPROVING SAID MINOR EXCEPTION <br />APPLICATION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 16, 1980, a public hearing was <br />duly held before the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />on Minor Exception Application 80-6, which seeks to allow <br />construction and operation of a liquor store, at 2419 N. <br />Grand Avenue in the C5 District; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That based on such public hearing and on the <br />oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City <br />Council does hereby affirm the zoning Administrator's approval <br />of Minor Exception Application 80-6 and does hereby approve <br />said Minor Exception Application. <br /> <br /> 2.
