City Council met in adjourned regular session. Meeting called to order by the Mayor. Council Chamber Santa Ana City Hall December 18, 1959 5:00 P.M. Present: Councilmen Stanley C. Gould, Jr., Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall Absent: Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard Planning Comm. Report "Berry- dale and Trask N.E. Annex" Communication was read from the Planning Cce~ission recommending approval of pro- posed annexation to the City of Santa Aha, of property located on the north side of Trask ;.venue between Berrydale and Laird Streets, consisting of 66.589 acres, to be known as "Berrydale ,n~ Trask N. E. Annex," and on motion of Councilman Reso.No. 59-313 "Berrydale and Trask N.E. Annex" Heinly~ seconded by Brewer and carried~ the communication was received end filed. The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Heinly~ seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution No. 59-B1B declaring consent of the City of Santa Aua to the co.~eneement of proceedings under the Annexation Act of 1913 of territory known as ~Berrydale and Trask N.E.Annex'" was considered and passed by the following vote: Affidavit of Pub- lication-Notice of Intention to Circulate Petition "Berrydale and Trask N.E. ~nnex" Ayes, Councilmen Stanley C. C~utd, Jr., Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, A.^.Hall Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Gould and carried, the Affidavit of Publication of "Notice of Intention to Circulate Petition for annexation of terri- tory to the City of Santa Ana, California," designated "Berrydale and Trask N.E. was received and f~led.
