RESOLUTION NO. 80-186 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA FIXING WATER RATES AND <br />STANDBY SERVICE CHARGES AND REPEALING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-152 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana: <br /> <br />1. That the following water rates and service charges are to be levied and <br />collected for each water service to which water is supplied by the City, or <br />to which a standby service is provided, pursuant to Section 39-21 of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code. <br /> <br />A.
