REL:adg <br />11/6/80 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-197 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE <br />DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />DENYING VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 80-37 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the <br />City Council of the City of Santa An on November 3, 1980, on <br />the action taken by the Planning Commission in denying <br />Variance Application No. 80-37, which application seeks to <br />allow conversion of an existing ground floor office to an <br />apartment unit at 1441-A South Sycamore in the C2 District; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That based on such public hearing and the <br />oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City <br />Council does hereby affirm the action of the Planning <br />Commission in denying Variance Application No. 80-37. <br /> <br /> 2.
