RESOLUTION NO. 204 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANAAMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 TO ADD <br />THE CLASS TITLE OF ASSISTANT REAL PROPERTY AGENT <br />TO THE CITY'S BASIC CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSA- <br />TION PLAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and adopted <br />Resolution No. 58-281, revising and re-establishing the Basic Classifica- <br />tion and Compensation Plan for all officers and employees of the City of <br />Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 1004, Article X of the City Charter of the City of <br />Santa Ana requires the City Manager to prepare, install and maintain a <br />position classification and pay plan subject to Civil Service Rules and <br />Regulations and the approval of the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended said Resolu- <br />tion and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to add a new class title to said Basic <br />Classification and Compensation Plan for the purpose of providing an appropriate <br />classification for a position authorized and included in the current annual <br />budget of the Real Property Section, Public Works Department. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />~na: <br /> <br /> 1o That Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281, as amended, is hereby <br />further amended by adding, in proper alphabetical sequence, the class title <br />of ASSISTANT REAL PROPERTY AGENT at Salary Range No. 4~2, $1635--$1987 per <br />month. <br /> <br /> 2.
