RESOLUTION NO. 20S <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 <br />TO ADD THE NEW CLASS TITLE OF MUSEUM SECURITY <br />AND MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR TO THE CITY'S BASIC <br />CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and adopted <br />Resolution No. 58-281, revising and re-establishing the Basic Compensation <br />Plan for all officers and employees of the City of Santa Aha; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 1004, Article X of the City Charter of the City <br />of Santa Ana requires the City Manager to prepare, install and maintain a <br />position classification and pay plan subject to Civil Service Rules and <br />Regulations and the approval of zhe City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended said Resolu- <br />tion; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to add a new class to the list of class <br />titles contained in said Resolution No. 58-281, as amended, and to assign said <br />new class to an appropriate salary rate range. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281, as amended, is hereby <br />further amended by adding, in proper alphabetical sequence, the class title of <br />MUSEUM SECURITY AND MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR at Salary Rate Range No. 381, $1338- <br />$1627 per month. <br /> <br /> 2.
