RJW : j d <br />12/23/81 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-6 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA RATIFYING THE ESTABLISHMENT AND <br />SETTING THE RATE OF COMPENSATION FOR MEMBERS <br />OF THE UNIFORM CODE APPEALS BOARD <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana that the compensation to be paid to members of <br />the Uniform Code Appeals Board of the City of Santa Ana <br />shall be and is established as follows: <br /> <br />UNIFORM CODE APPEALS BOARD - Each member of <br />this Board shall receive the sum of Twenty- <br />Five Dollars ($25.00) for each regular, ad- <br />journed regular, special or adjourned special <br />meeting of said Board which said member attends; <br />provided, however, no such member shall be paid <br />more than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for attendance <br />at such meetings held during any one (1) calen- <br />dar month. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 18th day of January , 1982, <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> <br />Acosta, Bricken, Griset, <br /> Luxembourger, Markel, Serrato <br />None <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: McGuigan <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> T.E COUNCil.
