RESOLUTION NO. 81-11 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 TO ADD THE CLASS TITLE OF RECREATION SUPERIN- <br />TENDENT AND TO CHANGE THE CLASS TITLE OF LEISURE SERVICES MANAGER <br />TO SPECIAL FACILITIES MANAGER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and adopted Resolution <br />No. 58-281, revising and re-establishing the Basic Compensation Plan for employees <br />of the City of Santa Aha; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended this Resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 1004, Article X of the City Charter of the City of Santa Ana <br />requires the City Manager to prepare, install and maintain a position classification <br />and pay plan subject to civil service rules and regulations and the approval of the <br />City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHERF~kS, it is now desired to further amend said Basic Classification and Com- <br />pensation Plan by changing an existing class title and adding a new class title. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281, as amended, is hereby further <br />amended by: <br /> <br /> a. Changing the ~itle of the existing middle-management class of Leisure <br /> Services Manager (MM) to SPECIAL FACILITIES MANAGER (MM). <br /> <br /> b. Adding, in proper alphabetical sequence, the new clas title of <br /> RECREATION SUPERINTENDENT at Salary Rate Range No. 468, $2048-$2488 <br /> per month. <br /> <br /> c. Designating the new class of Recreation Superintendent as unrepre- <br /> sented Middle-Management by adding the parenthetical identifier (MM) <br /> next to following the class title. <br /> <br /> 2.
