Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr. <br /> Dale H. Heinly <br /> <br />Absent: CounciLmen Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given. <br /> <br />Invocation was given by Reverend Robert Mays~ Church of the Brethren. <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes <br />of March 7, 1960, reading of the Minutes was dispensed with and <br />approved on motion of Couucilman Heinly, seconded by Gould and carried. <br /> <br />Vice-Mayor Hubbard announced that this is DeMolay Civic Day and introduced <br />Dave Murray representing the Mayor; John Cheney representing the Vice-Mayor; <br />Larry Goodhart representing CounciLman Gould; Ron Carrie representing <br />Councilm~u Heinly; and Robe~Taylor representing Councilman Brewer. <br /> <br />Variance Appl.No.1243 <br />Anna P.
