BUs Lines, Inc. <br /> <br />for a permit to operate a taxicab business at 201 No. Bush Street, stating that a <br /> <br />portion of our City Code, pertaining to the procedure for the investigation and <br /> <br />hearing regarding the operation of taxicabs, provides for a particular Board to <br /> <br />hear these matters, and this is not possible as the Board no longer exists. We find <br /> <br />that the application as filed is in conformance with the intent and proceedings of <br /> <br />the Cede sections, and we know of no reason why the permit should not be issued. <br /> <br /> <br />
