<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br />
<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Resolution No. 60-75 accepting deeds where the City is paying
<br /> no cash consideration"
<br />
<br />from G. Hox~rd and Elieth M. Robertshaw, for a street easement on the north side
<br />Delhi Road, east of Flower Street; from Henry P. and Frances M. Sauter, for astre*
<br />easement on the west side of Main Street, south of Roe Drive; from Anuie L. Willia~,
<br />for a street easement on the east side of Main Street, uorth of Bachman Drive;
<br />
<br />Allstate Insurance Company for a sewer right-of-way easement on the north side of
<br />
<br />First Street, on the east side of the Santa Ana Freeway; from Allstate Insurance
<br />
<br />Company, conveying a temporary easement for the purpose of constructing a sewer
<br />
<br />right-of-w~ on the north side of First Street on the east side of the Santa Ana
<br />
<br />Freeway; and from Gardendale Development Company, conveying an easement for draina~
<br />
<br />purposes in Tract 2905, was considered and passed by the following vote:

<br />Sullivan Street, in consideration of the payment of $600.00; from Hygiene Products

<br />
<br />Street for the widening of First Street and the construction of flow on traffic
<br />
<br />pattern,in consideration of payment of $6,500.00; and from S. Thompson and Barbara
<br />

<br /> Code to change district classification on Amendment Application No.
<br /> 309 and amending Sectional District Map il-5-10"

<br />a parcel of land on the north side of First Street~ beginning at a point 539.]-9 fee~
<br />west of center line of Townsend Street, with approximately 210-foot frontage on
