<br />were authorized to execute the eight Arterial Highvay Financing Agreements between
<br />
<br />the County and the City for the following projects:

<br /> Edinger Street, from the Santa ~na River to Center Street, Project No. 51
<br /> Fifth Street: from Harbor Boulevard to the Santa Ana River, Project No. 52
<br /> Grand Avenue, between McFadden Street and Delhi Road, Project No. 61
<br /> Fairview Street, between Delhi Road. and Segerstrom ;.venue, Project No. 68
<br /> Fairview Street, between McFadden Avenue sn~ First Street, Project No. 69

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolutlou, on motion of

<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitl~

<br /> paying cash consideration"
<br />
