Frank Warren, <br />Jr. and Charlotte L. Warren, granting street easement on the north side of First <br />Street west of King, for the widening of First Street, in the sum of $3,330.00. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolutlou, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitl~ <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 60-88 accepting deeds where City is <br /> paying cash consideration" <br /> <br />from J. Frank, Jr. and Charlotte L. Warren, granting street easement on the north <br />side of Fir~t Street, west of King, for the widening of First Street, in the sum <br />of $3,330.00; from Harriet Chapman Butler, for street easement on the north side <br />First Street, West of Sullivan, for the widening of First Street, in the sum of <br />$1,~20.O0; from Fidelis M. and Josephine ~urth, for street easement on the north <br />s~de of First Street west of Sullivan, for the widening of First Street, in the suml <br /> <br />of $133.00; and from Richard and Esther Haster, for street easement on the north <br /> <br />side of First Street east of Sullivan, for the widening of First Street, in the stm <br /> <br />of $320.00, was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E.
