REL:ms <br />4/17/81 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-66 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF S~TA ANA DECLARING ITS INTENTION <br />TO VACATE A PORTION OF OLIVE STREET <br />EXTENDING 157 FEET NORTH OF CIVIC CENTER <br />DRIVE, SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON, <br />AND DIRECTING NOTICE THEREOF TO BE <br />POSTED AND PUBLISHED. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha: <br /> <br /> 1. Pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 <br />of Part 3, of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of <br />the State of CalifOrnia, this Council does hereby declare <br />its intention to vacate that certain portion of Olive Stzeet, <br />and all public service easements therein, located between <br />the north line of Civic Center Drive and a line 157 feet to <br />the north thereof, as shown on a map on file in the Office <br />of the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> 2. Notice is hereby given that at the hour of <br />7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard <br />on May 18, 1981 in the Council Chambers of the City of Santa <br />Ana, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California, a public <br />hearing will be held by this Council at which time any and <br />all person interested in or objecting to the prcposed vacation <br />hereinabove described may appear and be heard. <br /> <br /> 3. The Clerk of the Council is hereby directed <br />to cause this Resolution to be published twice, once in each <br />of the two successive weeks prior to the abovesaid hearing, <br />in "The Register", a newspaper of general circulation in the <br />City. <br /> 4.
