Legal Description <br />Proposed Abandonment No. 104 <br />Garnsey St., Third to Santa Ana Blvd. <br /> <br />All that certain portion of Garnsey Street, in the City of Santa Ana, County of <br />Orange, State of California, as shown on that certain map of the Ross Addition <br />to Santa Ana, recorded in Book 3, pages 534 and 535 of Miscellaneous Records of <br />Los Angeles County, bounded Southerly by the North line of Third Street, 60 feet <br />wide, as shown on said map, and bounded Northerly by a 'line parallel with and dis- <br />rant Southerly 14.0 feet', measured at right angles, from the South line of Fourth <br />Street, 80 feet wide, as shown on said map. <br /> <br />Together with that certain portion of Lot 2 in Block 3 of the Jacob Ross Tract <br />as shown on that certain map recorded tn Book 5, 582 of Miscellaneous Re- <br />cords of Los Angeles County, described as follows?ge <br /> <br />A spandrel shaped area bounded Westerly by the East line of Garnsey Street, <br />60 feet wide, as shown on said map of the Jacob Ross.
