<br />A petition with approximately thirty signatures was presented by Dr. G. Wray CrawTord,
<br />1927 Heliotrope Drive, requesting reconsideration of Variance Application No. 1332,
<br />granted June 20, 1960, to Mark and Juanita Andrews, to build a two-story, 16-unit
<br />
<br />apartment house, on property at 1709 No. Greenleaf Street, in R-2 District, subject
<br />
<br />to conditions. On motion of CounciLman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried,
<br />
<br />the petition was received and filed. Dr. Crawford stated they wee incorrectly
<br />
<br />informed as to the date and time of the hearing, and would like the matter reopened
<br />
<br />in order that the people may present their objection to this Variance. It was moved
<br />
<br />by Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, that the request be den~ed at
<br />
<br />this time on the grounds there is no legal procedure to reopening a hearing on a
<br />

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, proper officials

<br />were authorized to execute the following agreements:

<br /> With Gallegos Corporation on the construction of the Library Building, permit-
<br />ting the filing of a Notice of Completion upon the payment by the Contractor a sum
<br />adequate to insure completi, on of certain work, and
<br />
<br /> With the State Division of Highways, Cooperative Agreement No. 1072, dated
<br />July 5, 1960, for the widening of the Santiago Creek Bridge at Main Street.
