Eby be nominated as a member of the <br />Personnel Board. It was moved by Councilman Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, <br />that the nomination be closed~and~due reappointment of Paul V. Eby, as a member of the <br />Personnel Board, term to expire July l, 196~, was made unanimous. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Brewer that Ora K. Heine and William B. Moore, Jr., be <br />nominated for reappointment, and Carl Lewis be appointed to fill the vacancy created <br />by the resignation of James Rourke, as members of the Planning Co~nission. It was <br />moved by Councilman Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the nominations be <br />closed, and the reappointments of Ora K. Heine and William B. Moore, Jr., terms to <br />expire July 1, 1964, and the appointment of Carl Lewis, term to expire July 1, 196B, <br /> <br />were approved. <br />" <br />It was moved by Councilman Brewer that Quessie Anderson and A. M. Blanding be re- <br />appointed as members of the Board of Recreation and Parks. It was moved by Council- <br />man Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the nominations be closed and the reap- <br />pointments of Quessie Anderson and A. M. Blanding were approved; terms to expire <br />July 1, 1964. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br /> Councilman Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 60-131 concerning parking limitations and curb <br /> markings in accordance therewith" <br /> <br />establishing Freight Loading Zone on the south side of Fifth Street, between Bush <br />and Spurgeon Streets, reference request of Church of Faith, Inc., was considered <br />and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr., Dale H. Heinly, <br /> Bob Brewer, A. A.
