EJC:adg <br />6/22/81 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-105 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING ITS <br /> INTENTION TO USE REVENUE FROM THE <br /> MASTER CONCESSION AGREEMENT WITH <br /> CELEBRITY PARK, INC., FOR <br /> RECREATION PURPOSES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana and Celebrity Park, <br />Inc. have executed that certain document entitled "Master <br />Concession Agreement Between the City of Santa Ana and <br />Celebrity Park, Inc.," form dated 6/22/81, hereinafter <br />referred to as "said Agreement," a copy of which is on file <br />with the Clerk of the Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is expected that the City of Santa Ana <br />will receive revenues resulting from said Agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />desires to declare its intention to use the revenues <br />resulting from said Agreement for recreation purposes; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: <br /> <br /> That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />hereby declares its intention that any and all revenues <br />resulting from said Agreement shall be used for public park <br />and recreation purposes for the benefit of the residents of <br />the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 20th day of July , 1981, <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: Acosta, Bricken, ~riset, Luxemb0urger, <br /> Markel, McGuigan, Serrato <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />GO RD(1N-'Bq~I C KEN , MAYOR <br /> <br />EDWARD Jo C~OPER~_] <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br /> <br />
