REL:adg <br />7/8/81 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-111 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE <br />DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />APPROVING VARIANCE NO. 81-13 FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 630 SOUTH EUCLID <br />STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the <br />City Council of the City of Santa Ana on July 6, 1981, on <br />the action taken by the Planning Commission in approving <br />Variance No. 81-13, to allow construction of a restaurant <br />with substandard yards and with two wall signs, at 630 South <br />Euclid Street in the R-1 District; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, prior to taking action on said variance <br />this Council has reviewed and considered the information <br />contained in Negative Declaration, Initial Study No. 81-48 <br />for the subject property, and, on the basis thereof, finds <br />that the project will not have a significant effect on the <br />environment; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That based on such public hearing and the <br />oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City <br />Council does hereby affirm the action of the Planning <br />Commission in approving Variance No. 81-13. <br /> <br /> 2.
