Hubbard, Dale R. Heinly, A. A. Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen Bob Brewer <br />Absent, Councilmen Stanley C. Gould, Jr. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution entitl <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 60-151 concerning parking limitations and <br /> curb markings in accordance therewith" <br /> <br />establishing passenger and/or freight loading zone, on the south side of Fifth <br />Street between Bush Street and Spurgeon Street, reference request of J.
