<br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes of
<br />August 1, 1960, reading of the Minutes was dispensed with and approved
<br />on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried.

<br />

<br />On recommendation of the Manager, and on motion of Councilman Brewer, seconded by

<br />Hubbard and carried, action was postponed to September 6, 1960, on the award of
<br />
<br />bid, since it involves the expenditure of State monies for a State Highway System
<br />

<br />This being the date set for hearing on Amendment Application No. 313, initiated by
<br />the Planning Co~nission, amending Sectional District Map 8-5-9 (Exhibit 313 A), to
<br />reclassify from the R-2 District to the C-2 and R-2B Districts, property bounded
<br />
<br />on the east by a line approx!mately 200 feet west of the center line of Wright
<br />
<br />Street, on the north by the south line of Tracts 1630 and 1411, on the west by a
<br />
<br />line approximately 250 feet east of the center line of McClay Street, and on the
<br />
<br />south by a line approximately 150 feet north of First Street; no protests were re-
<br />
<br />ceived and the hearing was closed. On motion of CounciLman Hubbard, seconded by
<br />
<br />Brewer and carried, the following Ordinance entitled:
<br />
<br />"Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code
<br /> to change district classification on Amendment Application
<br /> No. 313 and amending Sectional District Map 8-5-9 (Exhibit
<br /> 313 A)"
