Parcel 3: That portion of Lot 25 of Wakeham Tract as shown on that certain map recorded tn Book 8, page 3 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said County, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of the hereinabove previously described Parcel 1, said point being distant 22.5 feet Westerly from the East line of said Lot 25; thence Easterly along said North line 20.00 feet to the West line of the hereinabove described Parcel 2; thence Northerly lO.O0 feet along said West line to the North line of said Lot 25; thence Southwesterly to the Point of Beginning.
