EJC:adg <br />9/2/81 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81- 151 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION <br /> NO. 58-281 AND RESOLUTION NO. 81-139 <br />TO PROVIDE A NEW SALARY RATE RANGE FOR <br /> THE CLASS ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council <br />passed and adopted Resolution No. 58-281, revising and <br />reestablishing the Basic Compensation Plan for all officers <br />and employees of the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 17, 1981, the City Council <br />passed and adopted Resolution No. 81-139, amending <br />Resolution No. 58-281 to provide a new compensation plan <br />management personnel including salary and benefit <br />adjustments for fiscal years 1981-82 and 1982-83; and <br /> <br />for <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to amend <br />Resolution NO. 81-139 by assigning a new salary rate range <br />to the class of Assistant City Attorney. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REOSLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana that Section 3 of Resolution No. 58- <br />281, as amended by Re~olution No. 81-139, is hereby further <br />amended by assigning the following class title to a new <br />salary rate range on the effective dates as next herein set <br />out: <br /> <br />Class Title <br /> <br />Salary Rate Range Numbers <br /> 7-1-71 7-1-82 1-1-83 <br /> <br />Assistant City 579 591 601 <br />Attorney (MM) <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this Resolution <br />~hall be operative from and after July 1, 1981. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 21~t day of _~~, 1981, by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: Acosta, Bricken, Griset, <br /> Luxembour§er, Markel, McGuigan, Serrato <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: None <br /> <br /> <br />
