Hein~y <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution en- <br /> <br />titled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 60-194 of the City Council authorizing an amendment <br /> to the contract providing for the participation of the City of <br /> Santa Ana in the State Employees' Retirement System" <br /> <br />to include the Survivors Program "J" Article 6, Chapter 9, Section 21380-6, effec- <br />tive November l, 1960, was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Heinly <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motic~ of <br /> <br />CounciLman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution entit d: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 60-195 amending streets and highways element <br /> of the Master Plan" <br /> <br />adopted by Resolution No. 58-261, is hereby amended in the two following respects: <br /> <br />(1) Bristol Street, between Memory ?_~ne and Delhi Road, is redesignated frc~ a <br /> four-lane secondary classification to a four-lane divided primary street, <br /> without change in existing future right-of-way lines; and <br /> <br />(2) Grand Avenue, between Santiago Creek and Delhi Road, is redesignated from a <br /> four-~-ame primary street to a six-lane primary street, <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen <br />Noes, Councilmen <br />Absent, Councilmen <br /> <br />Royal E.
