<br /> four-lane secondary classification to a four-lane divided primary street,
<br /> without change in existing future right-of-way lines; and
<br />
<br />(2) Grand Avenue, between Santiago Creek and Delhi Road, is redesignated from a
<br /> four-~-ame primary street to a six-lane primary street,
<br />
