Heinly, Bob Brewer <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the folloMing Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance No. NS-476 amending Article IX of theSanta Ana <br /> Municipal Code to change district classifications on <br /> Amendment Application No. ~21 and amending Sectional <br /> District Map 12-5-10 (Emhibit 321-A)" <br /> <br />initiated by the Planning Commission, to reclassify from R-2 and R-3 Districts to <br /> <br />the P and R-3H-B Districts property described as that area bounded on the north by <br /> <br />Seventeenth Street, on the south by Tenth Street, on the east by Sycamore Street, <br /> <br />and on the west by Durant Street, was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ordinance No. NS-477 <br />Amend.Appl.No.322 <br />initiated by Plann.
