<br />initiated by the Planning Commission, to reclassify from R-2 and R-3 Districts to
<br />
<br />the P and R-3H-B Districts property described as that area bounded on the north by
<br />
<br />Seventeenth Street, on the south by Tenth Street, on the east by Sycamore Street,
<br />
<br />and on the west by Durant Street, was considered and passed by the following vote:

<br />property described as that area on the east side of Berrydale Street 1050.90 feet
<br />
<br />north of 17th Street, said parcel having 276 feet of frontage on Berrydale Street
<br />
<br />and 659.49 feet of depth, was considered and passed by the following vote:
