<br />On motic~ of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the Purchasing
<br />Agent ~as authorized to advertise for bids on the following autc~otive equipment:
<br />(a) l0 - Compact 2-door Sedans; (b) 9 - Regular ~-door Sedans; (c) 2 - 1/R-ton
<br />Pickup Trucks; and (d) i - 1/R-ton Sedan Delivery~ Specification No. 621-R8; bids
<br />to be opened Nov~ber 21, 1960.

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the City Manager
<br />vas authorized to pay the Orange County Chapter of the League of California Cities,~
<br />the sum of $150.00 as the City's share for transportation and hospitality for the
<br />visit of the Latin-American Municipal Authorities to Orange County.
<br />
<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the ResOlution, on motion of
<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitle~:

<br /> "Resolution No. 60-209 declaring stop intersection"
<br />
<br />installing a Stop Sign at the intersection of Sycamore Street and Wilshire Avenue,
<br />directing traffic on Wilshire Avenue to stop to traffic on Sycamore Street, as rec~n,
<br />mended by the Department of Public Works, was considered and passed by the followi
