63 <br /> <br />Agreement <br />~he Gallegos Corp. <br /> <br />Preliminary Record <br />of Survey Map No. 190 <br />A1 Bruning ~ <br /> <br />~I~PROVED: <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, proper official <br />were authorized to execute agreement with The Gallegos Corporation, with respect <br />to possession of the Police Facilities Building, to complete the enumerated item <br />within thirty-five days after notice of completion is filed, and it is agreed <br />that the City shall file the notice of completion within five days. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, Preliminary <br />Record of Survey Map No. 19O, filed by A1 Bruning, creating four lots, located <br />250 feet north of First Street and on the west side of Fairview Street, was <br />approved, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilm~n Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the City Coumci <br />adjourned to Wednesday, November 9, 1960, at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chamber. <br /> <br />¢ler~Of -the COUncil <br /> <br /> <br />
