City Council met in regular session. <br />Meeting called to order by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Present: CounciLmen Royal E. Hubbard, Dale H. Heinly, <br /> Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br /> <br />Absent: Councilmen Stanley C. Gould, Jr. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given. <br /> <br />Invocation was given by Reverend Jay Welner, Parkview Reformed Church. <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes of <br />November 7, 1960~ November 9, 1960~ November 15, 1960~ and November 16, <br />1960, reading of the Minutes was dispensed with and approved on motion of <br />CounciLman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried. <br /> <br />Council Chamber <br />Santa Aha City Hall <br />November 21, 1960 <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br /> <br />
