<br />objecting to cul-de-sac streets, so far as fire services are concerned, as industry

<br />plants, using hazardous materials, have greatly increased, and it is necessary to
<br />have access to these plants if fire services are required. On motion of Cou~c~!man

<br />dary, the sum of $0.925 per front foot on both sides of the street; beginning at a
<br />
<br />point on Cedar Street 610 feet south of the center line of Edinger Street to a point
<br />
<br />769 feet south of the center line of Edinger street, a distance of 159 feet, the stm
<br />of $1.21 per front foot on the west side of the street; beginning at a point on
<br />Cedar Street 769 feet south of the center line of Edinger Street to a point 1,119
<br />feet south of the center line of Edinger Street~ a distance of 350 feet; the sum of
<br />$1.21 per front foot on both sides of the Street; beginning at a point on Cedar
