RESOLUTION NO. 82-15 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br />SECTION 4. <br /> <br /> That the terms and conditions for bidding on the works of <br />improvement for this Assessment District are as set forth in full <br />in the Bid Documents in the specifications as previously approved <br />by Agency. Reference is hereby made to said Bid Documents <br />heretofore approved and identified as follows: <br /> <br />NOTICE INVITING SEALED PROPOSALS <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 245 <br /> <br />For all particulars as to bidding, the Notice Inviting Sealed <br />Proposals above referenced and approved by Agency shall govern, <br />and all terms and conditions for bidding shall be pursuant to the <br />provisions of the "Municipal Improvement Act of 1913". <br /> <br />SECTION 5. <br /> <br />That it is hereby determined that in the event the contractor, <br />contracting owners included, does not complete the work within the <br />time limit specified in the contract or within the time limit as <br />Agency shall authorize, the contractor or contracting owners, as <br />the case may be, shall pay as liquidated damages the amount or <br />amounts as set forth in the specifications for the project, said <br />amounts herein referenced and so incorporated.
