<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of

<br /> "Resolution No. 60-267 initiating proceedings for the annexation
<br /> of territory to the City of Santa Ana, designating an appropriate
<br /> name of 'Deodar and Seventeenth N. W. Annex' for said territory,
<br /> and giving notice of protest hearing thereon"
<br />
<br />and setting hearing date on February 6, 1961, was considered and passed by the
<br />
<br />following vote:
