REL:adg <br />2/23/82 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-28 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPLYING TO THE STATE <br />DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR A PERMIT TO IN- <br />STALL, CONNECT AND USE CERTAIN WATER WELLS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana that pursuant and subject to all of the terms, <br />conditions and provisions of Division 5, Part 1, Chapter 7, <br />Sections 4010 to 4035 of the California Health and Safety <br />Code and all amendments thereto, relating to domestic water <br />supplies, application by this City be made to the State <br />Department of Health, for a permit to install, connect and <br />use Well No. 29 located at First and Flower Streets and to <br />connect and use existing Well No. 49 purchased from City of <br />Garden Grove located at West and Celeste Streets, and that <br />the Mayor of said City Council be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cause the necessary data to be <br />prepared, and investigations to be made, and in the name of <br />said City to sign and file such application with the said <br />State Department of Health. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />ADOPTED this <br /> <br />15th day of March , 1982. <br /> <br />Gordon Bricken, Mayor <br /> <br /> · Guy, Clerk of the Council <br />COUNC I LMEMBERS: <br /> <br />Bricken Aye <br />Luxembourger Ave <br />Acosta Aye <br />Serrato Aye <br />Gr i se t Aye <br />Markel Ave <br />McGui§an Ave <br /> <br />Approved as to Form: <br /> <br /> <br />
