<br />terly approximately 296.99 feet, due to the change in alig~aent of Sugar Avenue.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of

<br />of Newhope Street, where the Planning Department recommended denial,

<br /> Preliminary Record of Survey Map No. 197, filed by T. J. Waggy, creating two
<br />lots located 1300 feet north of Sugar Avenue, on the west side of Newhope Street,
<br />where the Planning Department rec:.~....ended denial, and
<br />
<br /> Preliminary Record of Survey Map No. 198, filed by Shareholders Properties,
<br />Inc., creating four parcels located on the wast side of Grand Avenue approximately
<br />730 feet north of Delhi Ro~d, subject to conditions.

<br />It was moved by C~uncilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, that escrow

<br />instructions be approved and signed for certain properties and with the following
