Annex" <br /> <br />On motion of Counc~!man Hubbard, seconded by Gonld and carried, the Affidavit of <br /> <br />Publicatinn of Notice of Intention to Circulate Petition for annexation of terri- <br /> <br />tory to the City of Santa Aha, California, designated "New~ort and War~en.N.W. <br />Annex," wms rece~'ved and filed. <br /> <br />The Council hay ~i~g unanimously waived the reading of the Resolutic~, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Rrewer and carried, the following Resolution en- <br />titled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 61-11 acknowledging the receipt of a copy of <br />Notice of Intenticm to Circmlate l~-titinn f~r Amnexatinn of <br />Territory to Santa Aha, acc~a~anyi~g st&te~ent and affidavit <br />of publication thereof and approving the circulation of the <br />petit ion" <br /> <br />of that certain territory designated "Newport and Warren N.
